About the Founder

ALIA RIDLEY

Hi, I’m Alia. Thank you so much for being here! 

I am a Remedial Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Practitioner based in Coolum Beach, Australia offering in person and online sessions.

After going through my own healing journey and spiritual awakening in the past several years, I have been left with a strong desire to support and empower others throughout their own wellness and healing journey.

It is my ultimate goal for you to leave each session with me feeling and embodying these words and to help connect you back to the sacred balance between your mind, body, and spirit that we all innately have within us.

There are so many factors in life that can take us off track and leave us feeling depleted in one or all of these sectors of wellness. We more often than not brush aside these feelings and don’t take care of ourselves. However, I believe filling our mind, body, and spirit ‘cups’ is of the utmost importance to our health and wellbeing. 

Remedial Massage Therapy and Reiki Energy Healing are beautifully effective and supportive methods of filling these cups and aiding with anxiety, stress, tension and physical pain.
