This is a new offering to the studio as I have found that many people are seeking a combination of massage therapy, Reiki energy healing and intuitive guidance. If you’re looking for a full reset through mind, body, and spirit, this session is for you.

Includes: 60 minute massage, 30 minute Reiki energy healing with chakra balancing, crystal bowl sound healing, guided meditation and breathing, and everyones favourite- intuitive guidance!

Like in my Reiki sessions, I will tune into your energy before you arrive and pull cards which we can discuss at the end of the session along with the intuitive messages from your guides and what came up in each of your chakras.

These sessions are incredibly supportive to anyone and everyone along their healing journey. I encourage clients to come with an intention for the session. We will discuss what has been coming up for you in your life lately. You can share as much or as little as feels right. With this intention in mind, we will begin the healing portion of the session. You will get cozy on the massage table (or in your own cozy spot at home) and we will start by doing a progressive relaxation technique to ground your energy. I often include various techniques throughout the session such as sound healing, crystal healing, and breath-work. I will then begin the Reiki healing portion of the session. I will check which of your chakras are aligned or in need of support, receive messages from your guides/spirit team, and work to rebalance and/or remove any blockages in your energetic body. We then discuss what came up during the session and the messages that came through.

These sessions are for anyone who is looking for guidance and clarity on their unique soul’s path and purpose. By accessing the Akashic Records, the energetic library of information and wisdom that contains the details of your (and all soul’s) divine plans, we discover the path you came to walk here on Earth.

Through this intelligence of the Akashic Records, we can gain clarity on what is transpiring in your life at a soul level and gain insight on how to best move forward if you have been feeling stuck, disconnected, unsure or off-path in any facet of your life (career, relationships, purpose).

We will also check in on each of your chakras for information and clarity on what is happening in your physical and energetic body and receive insight on how to best balance and align your energy.

Your spirit guides and higher self are always highly involved in these sessions and messages from this other side always provide clarity on your questions that are brought to the session.
