Hi, I’m Alia. Thank you so much for being here! 

I am a Remedial Massage Therapist (RMT), Reiki Master Practitioner, and intuitive channel with the goal of supporting you throughout your wellness and healing journey. 

After going through my own healing journey and spiritual awakening in the past decade, I have been left with a strong desire to support and empower others throughout their own journey. 

Growing up in North Vancouver, Canada, I was part of a very health conscious family that was open to holistic methods of healing. Being brought up in this environment I believe helped guide me down the path of pursuing a career in the healing arts early in my life. Consequently, I began my studies to become a RMT at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and completed it;s rigorous 3000 hour program in April 2016. After I passed my board examinations, I began working at an interdisciplinary clinic in North Vancouver supporting patients with their health and wellness journeys. I was drawn to massage therapy in particular because I truly believe that it is a wonderful modality to reconnect yourself to your body, decrease stress, and help aid in the recovery of other physical ailments. In addition, I have always had a passion for helping others and massage therapy has become a great outlet to help fulfill this passion. 

A couple years into my career as an RMT I was then introduced to Reiki healing. I was amazed at how supportive and nurturing it was when I personally received sessions which led me to then take my Level 1, 2 and finally the Master level training of Usui/ Holy Fire III Reiki.

I then began my own small business called Sacred Balance Wellness where I offered Reiki Healing & Intuitive Guidance sessions. These sessions never ceased to amaze me! I absolutely loved that I could “get deeper” with clients through the lens of Reiki. Things I couldn’t explain then began to increase during this time in that I would receive clear messages from beings on the other side. I started to incorporate more and more the messages, guidance, and insight that was being communicated to me to my clients. These messages would resonate deeply and profoundly. I began to trust with increasing depth that this is what I am meant to do. 

I was then divinely guided (thanks guides!) to take a three month course which involved honing my intuitive skills deeper, learning how to access past lives, and how to access and receive wisdom from the Akashic Records. This allowed me to tap into this spiritual side of my work even more and develop an additional offering of Intuitive Soul Readings to help clients with questions they may have regarding their path or purpose here on Earth. 

I relocated to the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Australia with my partner Calvin in September 2023 and started “Align With Alia” as my new business venture and launched in late December! I am so excited to be offering these services to the local community and online via distance when possible. 

I love the healing arts so much. All of these modalities have such impact and profundity on the mental, physical, energetic and spiritual aspects of our beings. Holding space for others to heal and transform is my greatest honor and privilege.
